Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in our driving lessons. To ensure a smooth and efficient learning experience, we have a policy regarding missed lessons. When you schedule an appointment, we reserve that specific date and time exclusively for you, which means we cannot accommodate other customers during that period.


In order to be fair to both our instructors and other learners, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedules accordingly and offer the vacant slot to another student.


However, it’s important to note that when a lesson is missed without at least 24 hour notice, we are unable to fill that time slot, resulting in a loss for our instructors. Therefore, as per our policy, the payment made for the missed lesson is non-refundable.


We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we strive to be understanding and accommodating whenever possible. Should you encounter an unforeseen situation, please let us know as soon as you can, and we’ll do our best to find a suitable solution.
